Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Taos County, New Mexico. You agree to such jurisdiction and waive any objection based on forum or venue.

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
